Has anyone else experienced high glucose levels?

A year ago, my glucose went up to 1153. This was my first time being diagnosed with diabetes or having high blood sugar. It took about a month to go back to normal and has been normal/low-normal ever since. I’m on Metformin 500 once a day. I’m hoping I have reversed the diabetes. Has anyone else had a really high glucose?

I had an episode in 2019 which landed me in the ICU for a few days. my blood sugar was very close to 1000 and I going in and out of consciousness. This was all over my pharmacy being obstinate about my medication. When i was first diagnosed at 13, it was over 1000.

I take it twice a day. I don’t think you can reverse diabetes. It just requires meds and better choices in eating….
