I'm a type 2 diabetic that's on long lasting insulin lately my number's been in the 400s and I don't eat a lot of sweets or pasta I'm tired all the time I need help

Since I started to exercise regularly my glucose levels have dropped. Also, other medications in addition to insulin can help your condition.
