Daily hip opening stretches (my PT taught me this) Also, a nice heating pad to relax everything can ease the pain. The keto diet can help with weight loss and inflammation especially if you’re in too much pain to exercise.

Cut gluten and dairy. It’s elimination if inflammation
No problem, it can be very difficult to keep to because it basically cuts out gluten and milk (which is used in about everything), but making sure you are always eat/drinking protein is the best place to start. Protein helps boost the metabolism, so in my case I only in took once a day which severely lower my metabolism rate.
I didn't know there was a low inflammatory diet! Thank you.
When I went on a low inflammatory diet it helped me lose weight. I then found out I was allergic to gluten and lactose, so that also helped. Making sure you have at least 4 times a day you take in protein helps because it insures the health and maintenance of the metabolism.
