I use turmeric in my coffee and in my food to help with swelling.. it works for me and when I don’t take it my knees hurt..

Look at the AIP diet. Some people gluten, dairy, legumes, soy, or eggs can cause irritation and inflammation.
I took gluten out of my diet and that really took away the inflammation. I can do so much more now. It took about 2 weeks for me to notice a real difference. Hope this helps.
