guys my pots has been so bad. i feel like i’ve been in a flare up for going on a full week now. i’m trying my best to still do things as the energy comes but i feel like i’ll never get better. i’m literally doing everything i can and my symptoms are still so bad. (heart palpitations, chest pain, malaise, chills, low BP, racing heart, blacking out). how do you stay positive and hopeful during this time?

I always try and do a lot of self care like drinking electrolyte drinks and wearing compression socks but try and take as much time for yourself as possible. I know it’s hard :(

Its easier said than done but give yourself the grace you deserve❤️ Its ok, to be ok, even when you feel awful and nothing last forever🙏sending well wishes

Honestly I'm not sure how to stay positive and hopeful, my pots is always present and it never goes away. But if yours come in flares I'd say, reminding yourself that it won't be like that permanently helps. That's what helps me for my other issues that do have flares. Puts it in perspective that I'll have days where it won't be as bad
