I had a couple episodes of that, some so bad I had to go to the ER (I was no longer lucid). Make sure you're drinking enough, taking in enough salt and electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, folate). Drink something warm to help slowly warm your insides, but not hot. Sounds like one of those sucky flares us POTSies just have to get through sadly ☹️

This is all in the POTS realm, I think, and it’s really unfortunate. I have the same thing. Blackouts or near blackouts almost every day with that sickening, shaky feeling. I can’t work for a lot of medical reasons so I can try to just deal with it all at home but that comes with other tough costs. I’m so sorry about your situation.
