It’s been hell for me cause it’s been raining off and on here all weekend and my fibromyalgia is going nuts. I’m on Gabepentin and have oxycodone for the pain but also have other types of pain health issues. I know heat helps and hot bathes but what’s your go to for relief? FYI also not much option where I’m from for medical Marijuanna to treat fibromyalgia.

Tumeric is something I take nightly and use in cooking every meal. It can be found in the vitamin section in a capsule at any major store like Walmart, target, etc. It can also be found in the spice section of most grocery stores, regardless of size. Another thing I use is stretching. I know it sounds silly when we hurt so bad, but just laying flat on my bed and tensing and loosening the muscle groups actually makes them relax and reduces pain a bit.

I hate rain, fall and spring are the worst seasons for me. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

I don't know how much it'll help, but I use Black Cherry supplements or health store Black Cherry juice to help my inflamatory response. It isn't much, but it adds up with other treatment. Does gentle massage help, or is your skin too sensitive?

@LadyBlkny massage helps but not as much as if someone else does for me and I live alone so

@CheleKelly the reason I ask, is I bought one of those cheap shiatsu massage pillows for my neck and shoulders. I mostly use it for migraines, but I lay it on the bed in one spot & move my body around it to help loosen up/stimulate painful spots. I was wondering if something like that might help you.

Organic Golden Milk has helped my pain. I mix tumeric powder, ginger, cinnamon then mix 1t of the mix with 1t raw local honey and organic oat or almond milk steamed. I drink before bed. Eliminating gluten, dairy, sugar & processed foods & adding daily meditation & chair yoga has helped me substantially also.

As stated above, Dr teals bubble bath is great. Also try sore muscle bath salts soaks. It helps relax my body, when I’m having a bad flare up. 💕

I use Dr. Teals sativa bubble bath as well as anything with menthol, eucalyptus and speriment combined on my body for pain. I take pregamblin which is generic for Lyrica as well. I smoke indica daily as well. Sometimes all if this works and sometimes it doesn't. Over the 10 years I have been dealing with fibromyalgia I found that too many other things play a role in your pain. Mainly what you do physically, what you eat and what the weather is like. When you factor in all of this it is very hard to feel good on a daily basis. Most of the time I just push through the pain. Try not to overwhelm yourself especially with repetitive actions because that is what will wear you out fast and have you in alot of pain.
