Marijuana helps take the edge off but even that doesn’t take it away.. that’s about the only thing I can say.. yoga feels amazing while doing it but once you’re done it’s even more painful

I've been trying to stay on a regular schedule for yoga but it seems like even 5 minutes of gentle stretching puts me on my ass.

Running and weight lifting has helped me. It’s tough to start but it gets better as you do more. Also, dropping weight helps a lot.

My heating pad is my best friend. I do yoga, too, which always helps, but I always feel worse afterwards, too. Kind of like, yay, my muscles aren’t atrophying and my lymph is moving through my body and I feel more at peace, but also, ow ow ow ow ow now my muscles are sore on top of being chronically achy. Feels like a lot of give and take to keep my head above the waves.
