I love somewhere where even medical Marijuana is illegal(stupid I know) so I take a combination of gabapentin(nerve pain), low dose of tramadol(opiate pain reliever), and tizanadine(muscle relaxer)

one thing that really helps me is hot water! not always an option but where viable, take a really hot bath or shower, or find a hot tub :)
