I can’t take the medicine they have for fibromyalgia because of the bad side effects so I was wondering how you treat your fibromyalgia if not taking a prescription. For mine I use heat, creams, Ibuprofen.. thanks ☺️

      I take over the counter meds but when it get real bad it's always on the weekend and the middle of the night

      Thank you everybody… Fibromyalgia really sucks and on top of it sometimes I feel like I got the flu with it and the exhaustion is unreal.. thank you I’ll try this ☺️

      Hi, I've had it since 2009. I'm on lyrica, heating bag, hot baths,And when the humidity is high try to stay in doors. Purple Moss is an excellent herb, I us the moss to replace r The lyricac, the lyrica can be hard on your kidneys, I pray you find some relief

      I use heat or ice, rest, creams and, occasionally, tylenol. Took a carload of ibuprofen over the years... am convinced that is why, 25 years in, I deveoped severe IBS. Be very careful with ibuprofen!

      That say slowly do stretching, and walking . But it hurts my feet and knees to walk .

      I use a TENS unit every night. I know a lot of Fibromyalgia people cannot tolerate e-stim, but it has been a God send for me.
