i’ve been struggling with genetic chronic migraine since 2019, which has caused me to also suffer from chronic fatigue. if you also have issues with fatigue, how do you manage it other than just sleeping a lot?

All I want to do is lay in bed my head always hurts mainly behind my eyes, they strain so quickly. After I ice my head for awhile I try to get up and do something even if it’s minimal and just do that a few times throughout the day

I suffer from migraine in addition to chronic fatigue also. I always put plenty of alarms in the morning and during the day to remind myself of tasks that need to get done. But there are days when I just don't get out of bed or feel totally exhausted and then I try to let myself do nothing without feeling ashamed.

Pacing myself but still forcing myself to do chores/projects as I can. Gentle exercise/yoga in short increments. Lot of water. Lot of alarms, timers, and reminders. Being gentle with myself, neither of these things are easy to live with
