I made a career change that allowed me to work from home, as I couldn’t physically sustain my previous job as a dental hygienist. Eliminating the daily travel of a commute has helped a lot in being able to manage tasks of daily living during big fatigue flare ups

The fatigue just comes with it. You have to ride it out and rest. Try doing a little more everyday to build stamina but don’t push it! :)

That is very true the more you do the more you can do daily

I honestly don’t know either. I’m so exhausted so often, but I feel guilty resting when everyone around me is still going. My personality is that I’m a hard worker and I take pride in that. And I don’t know how to reconcile those. If I don’t rest, I crash. If I do rest, it often throws me into depression.

I find that taking a scheduled nap every single day helps. However since I can't work I have the general freedom of napping whenever I feel the need.

As hard as it may be you have to learn and except your limitations. I've been battling for 6 years and I'm still learning and it's hard. I had plans, worked and played hard, earned degrees in college and now I have a caregiver. It's not the same for everyone and some days are better than others. I found peace & comfort turning to God.
