Hi there. My chronic migraines have gotten worse over the last year. I’ve tried so many different things to help. Medications. Lifestyle changes. All the things. I guess I’m wondering if anyone has had success with alternative approaches to managing migraines?

      Hi! I wish I had more advice than just this… but when I notice a migraine coming on, I immediately cover my eyes for at least 10 mins to like “reset” my vision (my migraines start vision related). Also if possible, as soon as I notice it starting I’ll try to take a nap to avoid any triggers making it worse. I hope this helps! Also a tiny bit of caffeine can help. Oh yeah, and!! Take a hot bath and keep your hands and feet in the hot water and rest an ice pack on the back of your neck (like have your head bent forward). It helps get the circulation going to your extremities and less pressure in your head
