How should I address my issues with chronic fatigue?

I have bad osteoarthritis in several parts of my body. I use a LOT of medical equipment. Braces, compression gloves, naproxim, the like. I recommend finding stuff that can pinpoint the pain. I use CBD and lidocaine for pain numbness and relief. I do slow, low impact exercises when I'm able to move my joints (tai chi and walking in water are very good ways to work out without strain!). If it hurts too much, I spend a dedicated part of the day just resting and doing just a little movement. Otherwise sometimes it's best to just let yourself relax in bed for a while. Stretching is fantastic!

I grew up with Crohn's and Anxiety and Depression too . The problem was that I wasn't told that Chronic fatigue was very likely to happen when having all three. Don't let other people think you're lazy because of something you can't help. My advice to you is that when you get that burst of energy, take it and run with it. Better to lay in bed for half the day and then get up and do things you enjoy instead of laying there all day because you feel guilty for wasting time. Also make sure you eat something in the morning that will give you energy. I suggest drinking some kind of black tea as well. I'm a college student and that has saved my life <3
