Struggling with Overwhelming Fatigue

I’ve been having so much trouble with fatigue overwhelming me. Today it is at its worst where all I can do is sleep. I keep trying to wake up, but after about a half hour or so I just get so overwhelmingly tired that I lay back down and sleep for another couple hours. It’s concerning, because I want to live my life, and I don’t know what else to do. Anything that helps besides riding it out and sleeping when I need to?

Try cutting out gluten/ dairy and taking a folic acid pill.

I’ve already cut out gluten, I barely have dairy, but I will have to try the folic acid. Any recommendations on type/amount?

Make small commitments. All i can really do is try to keep my mind active... It doesn't get rid of how tired i feel but at least it keeps me somewhat awake.... Granted, I haven't found anything to help in three very worst days.... Sometimes sleeping seems to be the only option. But it's impossible when i don't have something to get up for, so that's a step I've tried to start creating for myself.

I've found that really prioritizing hydration helps with my energy. That, and my two cats motivate me to stay awake so I can play with them and take care of them in the ways they need. Being a caretaker in the lowest maintenance way changed my life.

Im also just as frustrated, at this point I've had to cut down most of my priorities because if I over work or under sleep I'll pass out standing up. Doing school from home, using online apps and pick-up options for shopping, and doing more of my chores while sitting has helped but it still makes it so I can't have emotional conversations, do my chores, and stay awake in the same hour so it doesn't feel like enough
