Does anyone else make an issue for themselves? I’ll be outside or driving and just having a great time feeling good. Then I think “why isn’t something wrong… why do I feel good?” And then I start freaking out and feeling bad. If anyone else does feel the same way, what are some tips to relax?

I started CBT therapy. Your thoughts are so powerful and your brain will believe whatever you tell it. CBT has shown me great tips and tricks to talk my way back to reality.

I feel the same. It’s like I feel bad just because I feel relatively good, and I wonder when my mood will change again. Just thinking about it already make me feel worse

It happens to me a lot even though I’m on meds. I read about mindfulness and the strength of being present. It takes a lot of practice but it is helpful when dealing with thoughts that suddenly attacks you as you described

When I do this, I first allow myself to search for what might be causing it. If there is nothing to worry about, I take a few deep breaths and watch a comedic yt vid or TV show. Usually takes my mind off it.

I am so working on that part myself. I always feel as though when things are going great I always wait and expect the other show to drop
