I feel like I CONSTANTLY feel bad. Always on the verge of tears. How in the world can you be content with yourself? Every day I feel bad and guilty like I’ve done something wrong. It feels like I’ve committed a crime even though I know I have not. All day it is constant guilt, anxiety, and just all-over bad. I’m beginning to get hopeless. :(

      affirmations will be you're best friend! Watching calm videos that will tell you how great you are or even talking to someone and doing something to distract yourself! I feel the exact same way and it's gotten better with doing something like just even scrolling on tiktok helps and watching super cute animal vids!

      That's how some days are with me with bipolar but usually I talk to my husband we fact check, take breaths, and have some physical contact (like a hug or holding hands , and sometimes patting my head), a little distraction and pausing goes a long way.
