I struggle with anxiety. it starts with me overthinking and then I get anxious and stressed out that it effects me everyday. I would be going on with my day and all of a sudden one thought pops into my mind and then overthinking takes over and it ruins my day. :(

It happens to be as well. Usually it stsarts with something i can't control but i try and repeat to myself. The bad is only temporary. If you didn't experience the bad then the good moments wouldn't be as amazing as they are. I put my feet on the ground and i touch things. I listen to my favorite song. I talk to someone that can make me laugh. Little things to help me forget all the extra anxiousness even for a moment.

Yes… I start the moment I wake up. I feel it all day long.

That happens to me as well. It can be hard to stop. What works for me is to go for a walk, be in nature, do yoga, meditation, breathe exercise and painting.

I feel this, my day can be going perfectly fine then BOOM one thing/thought totally shakes me up - or I start to get anxious for no reason really
