i feel like i’m starting to feel better. my medication seems to be working but i always self sabotage. any tips to stop when my mind is telling me to mess my life up?

      Respond back to it. Let’s say you get the thought, “I’m going to screw this up” Respond the way you would to a friend saying that to you. It takes a lot of practice but with time, you can get to a point where you automatically respond to yourself with kindness.
