I feel trapped inside myself. like I want to get out and do things. yet I get paranoid or feel like I'm going to become overwhelmed, and so I stay in the house, most days it's hard to deal with anybody... ugh

      Try Get a strict routine going eat well high protein and fats diet wake up at the same time of day every day after a while you will start feeling better exercise, sauna sessions dome properly with breaks.in between sets in either a pool or under a cold shower until your heart rate and body temp is back.to normal before jumping back in 3-4 sets from 15-30 mins build and adapt to the heat and the amount of time you sit in a sauna over time helps reset your nervous system

      I feel like that a lot, too. Have you tried anything to help calm the overwhelming feeling? I use a combination of meditation and meds to help me get out. I'm here to chat anytime you want.
