how do you manage stress, anxiety and ocd on a daily basis? what helps you ?

      Hi! I agree with crow! Carrying palm sized objects are super helpful. But we carry light objects like squishies or stress balls. It’s surprising very helpful because if you catch yourself feeling anxious or obsessive control thinking you can focus it into this toy or object. (:

      Oh yeah I do that too! Not always but I have a solid metal ball i keep by my bed to hold if I start panicking cuz it’s like cold and heavy and is good for sensory distraction :p

      This might be a bit of a weird one but I keep a pretty heavy palm sized object with me and if I start having a lot of anxiety just holding or tossing it and focusing on the sensation of it really helps me
