i workout a lot to help keep my mind occupied. i also got an anxiety ring which helps a lot. and if you believe in this type of stuff i’ve found that having an amethyst crystal around helps

I have games on my phone that I play. It forces me to focus on something else. Right now I have Sqube Darkness, Color Switch, Wall Kickers, etc. It helps me.

If it's worries then sometimes thought challenging works, if it's more panicking then breathing exercises like square breathing. In both cases though talking to a friend is good because they might have a perspective you don't have and can help you challenge your thoughts, or if you're panicking they can help you calm down and distract you
