I tend to feel better after allowing my body to release tension naturally through stimming and my verbal and physical tics. But breathing exercises are also super important and also touching things to ground myself such as dragging your hand along a wall or railing (except that during covid you need to sanitize often)💕

i try to calm myself down and ground myself, but usually i have to take my anxiety attack meds to help calm me down T__T

When we are anxious we tend to do things we like. For example I meditate and I do art, it helps me calm down and it distracts me from anxious thoughts. -☆
