      @Under_Water_Weaver Yes! I have used cleaning as a headspace calmer. But I thought that was just me transferring my crazy from my anxiety to my OCD.

      Walking, changing scenery, gardening, or cleaning sometimes helps me.

      Taking mental breaks during the day works for me most of the time. Ex: 5 mins of soft music, deep breathing n counting to 10 or higher, wearing lavender oil or my fave is anxiety mix oil sold on Amazon.
