hey! does anyone know/have any tips on how to control your anxiety or adhd ?

      I also use objects and activities to calm my fixations and anxiety. I also really find that listening to binaural beats (chakra frequencies) and green/brown/pink noise helps too. You can find any of them on YouTube. I play them on my tv when I’m feeling really overwhelmed. Or you can use earbuds and your phone too!

      hey girl queen what i recommend (and did) was find objects and activities to calm my fixations and anxiety down. idk how bad ur adhd is but having a special object or fidget toy could help distract from both adhd and anxiety (from experience all people experience these disorders differently!!)
