Many ways. Fave method weighted blanket, another one is soothing music or singing outside in the warm sun ur emotions. Playing an instrument and playing ur own tune. Being with animals. I love riding horses and cuddling with them. Spending time with people that make u feel heard and safe. Also hiking or grass underneath your bare feet. Sensory things help.
