So far I've been using this body wash called Dettol for the past 2 weeks and its helping my bumps go away. It's drying so definetly moisturize afterwards if you plan on trying it.

My dermatologist recommended CeraVe Acne Foaming Cleanser Cream with Benzoyl Peroxide for cleaning the area. She said you can put it on as a cream and leave it on for a bit before you get in the shower
