Looking for HS management tips

so I've been trying to find different ways to handle my HS since I can not use anything my doctor has tried to give to help. any ideas would be very appreciated!

I use it to clean the areas and she told me that since it's a cream I can apply it and leave it on for a bit before I get in the shower
