How do I get rid of Dermatitis i’ve been using vaseline, ointments and creams and nothing works.

      I found that even with all the creams, etc, my skin was still suffering because of handwashing and showering. I wash with Diprobase cream now, and that has been really helpful. I wear gloves when I do household chores, particularly hanging up wet laundry and will slather my hands in ointment and wear cotton gloves any time I have the time. It seems to be working for the moment 🤞🏻

      All of those products have bad ingredients,even soaps.I have to rinse off using zero filtered water ,then use a thin layer of olive oil - more if needed, free detergents .I hope this helps
