Yes spent one long year with him. Both my parents are also narcissists. Spent lots of time in therapy working through it. Healing is not an easy path but possible and worthwhile.

My ex of 5 years used to make me strip after coming home from work and he would “examine” my body inside and out to see if I was cheating on him 🙄
