Paranoia in Relationships: How to Overcome It

so, I've had past relationships and they cheated on me, which left me with a lot of paranoia in my current relationship but like there's nothing to worry about, she's done nothing wrong so why do I think she'll leave ? it's been 4 months and she is a great girlfriend. but I'm tired of thinking she'll leave one day like everyone else.
