Struggling with PTSD from Abusive Ex-Husband

I am starting to think I have ptsd and it's getting worse from my ex husband and all the abuse mentally and emotionally he and his family put me through and other people

You can talk to a therapist about it to see if you may have it.I got the diagnosis through my therapist and psychiatrist

Everything basically triggers it and the thoughts of fear and complete frozeness I was married 2 a narcissist who has and continues to stalk and harass me I moved and him and his parents are now coming to where I live same building one floor under me he's a addict that's why I left he relapsed and I been clean 10 plus years

keep your head high and do whatever it takes to get away from all your problems. If you have friends that are like family then go to them instead of your family. It seems you have a very traumatic past and should definitely be seeing someone about it. If you don't have insurance most states offer help. If you need help researching I'm here. ❤️❤️❤️

I'm here for you love ❤❤ my ex manipulated and mentally abused me for 6+ years. I get it. I have ptsd from it and I'm lucky to have a very understanding partner. If you ever need to talk I'm here for you babe.

Counselors but there is not type of Dr where I live at for ptsd our community it's hard to get help with stuff like that
