      You can talk to a therapist about it to see if you may have it.I got the diagnosis through my therapist and psychiatrist

      Everything basically triggers it and the thoughts of fear and complete frozeness I was married 2 a narcissist who has and continues to stalk and harass me I moved and him and his parents are now coming to where I live same building one floor under me he's a addict that's why I left he relapsed and I been clean 10 plus years

        @renee09 keep your head high and do whatever it takes to get away from all your problems. If you have friends that are like family then go to them instead of your family. It seems you have a very traumatic past and should definitely be seeing someone about it. If you don't have insurance most states offer help. If you need help researching I'm here. ❤️❤️❤️

      I'm here for you love ❤❤ my ex manipulated and mentally abused me for 6+ years. I get it. I have ptsd from it and I'm lucky to have a very understanding partner. If you ever need to talk I'm here for you babe.

      I'm so sorry to hear that.I have PTSD from bad abuse and trauma during my childhood and a boyfriend when I was 17-18

      Counselors but there is not type of Dr where I live at for ptsd our community it's hard to get help with stuff like that
