Hi, happy to be here and make it through another day. My 13 year relationship with a toxic narcissist ended a couple months ago and I'm just now starting to feel better. Anybody else dealt with this?

        @Barbiegrl it's been tough our 10 year marriage anniversary was last month and she spent it with another dude, I just unfriended her and her entire family on Facebook...

      I spent 6.5 years with an addict/alcoholic who was a narcissist as well as mentally and emotionally abusive. So I understand completely.
