Let me first say that it is okay to reach out for help, and if you're not already, try to get into therapy. I understand it's not for everybody, but you won't know unless you try. Also find a therapist that fits with you! There are so many different therapists and their methods. I'm so sorry you had to go through that long of being with a narcissist, but I'm proud of you for leaving! That's a huge step. I grew up with narcissistic parents so I completely understand how it feels, and I'm always willing to talk if you want
@weirdestpotato I've been in therapy for 2 months now and I'm learning some coping skills and not having as many panic attacks or nightmares the meds they have me on seem to be helping a lot... thank you
