Constant Migraine for Over a Month - Need Help!

I have tried Immitrex Topamax and am currently on Ubrevely and propranolol but it's no longer working. It seems like these meds work the first few times for me then just don't anymore.

I actually tried relpax when my migraines first started years ago and it just made me struggle to breathe for a couple minutes which sent me into a panic and made my migraines worse :( according to all my doctors, they can’t find a single reason for me to be having them, aside from the herniated disc in my neck, but they all said it’s not severe enough to cause this bad of migraines. My neurologist is working on getting me on Vyepti infusions once every three months

I use to have them for 3 or more days and i my doctor prescribe me relpax and they’re gone now at soon I feel a little bit of pain I take my pill for me is a relief. My trigger is spasm In the cervical area. But I’m so happy I being month without a migraine attack try it maybe it’s help for you too

My neurologist had me on aimovig and ubrelvy for my migraines for years and it worked great. Then suddenly they didn’t work for this. He gave me a shot of imitrex when I saw him and all it did was make me a bit nauseous… I’ve also tried sumatriptan with no relief…

Opiates don’t help much with my migraines , the muscle relaxer does help somewhat with the tension headaches but unfortunately if I’m in a full-blown migraine the only thing that works is Imitrex or a triptain medication. But it’s not good to take too many of triptain medications because of blood pressure and rebound headaches.

I’ve had lasik as well as wear glasses and get my eyesight checked every year. I thought of that and there’s no change in pain level with or without my glasses. But I’ll definitely schedule an appointment with my Optomitrist just in case. Thank you!!!
