my migraines have changed and 6/7 days of the week I am absolutely miserable. I haven't been able to find anything that helps them for longer than a day or two; my neuro will give me an occipital nerve block and that's the most helpful, but it doesn't last. it's like my entire head is just being squeezed and it's so much pain. I've been on all my medications for at least 4+ months, so I'm not sure it would be a reaction to any of them. especially since most of my medications I've been on for years, now. I'm dying. I constantly want to sleep šŸ˜“ it is making a lot of other things worse, too.

My internet won't let me click to see what meds you're on, so forgive me if this is redundant, but off label medications are what work for me. By that I mean the medications like beta blockers and anti depressants that are approved for migraine treatment but not originally intended for it. No joke, Effexor (type of antidepressant) saved me from daily migraines. I added propranolol for several years but have recently been able to go back to just the Effexor. Just one example of a medication that isn't usually used for migraines that can treat migraines for some individuals!

Iā€™m very sorry youā€™re dealing with this. I know for me it can be a spinal issue going into my brain stem and causing neurological problems and migraines. This is a terrible feeling and I empathize with you. Hope you get better šŸ™šŸ»

@Coty do you get chiropractic care? Do you find that it helps?

@MamaMoose My brother and sister use regular chiropractics to manage their migraines. On the other hand, it didn't help mine but might be worth trying.

@MamaMoose I do get chiropractic care and it does help a bit but I constantly have vertebrae out of place in both my neck and lower back. I have some nerves being pinched and that really doesnā€™t helpā€¦..itā€™s a struggle to keep aligned
