Other then meds, are there other treatments that might help me.
Anxiety (Including GAD)
You might try cognitive behavioral therapy. It's a counseling treatment that focuses on challenging thoughts that go with/ cause anxiety. It helps you let the anxious thoughts go by helping you see that there isn't a good enough reason to worry about it.
Hi! Learning to spend time alone with yourself is a big step. Try doing things to help with self growth and self help. There are some great sources on YouTube and Pinterest. Yoga and meditation could help as well. And always, talking to someone you trust if you do not have access to therapy :)
