Finding a therapist that really works for you is great, I highly recommend getting two notebooks, one to write anxiety and thoughts down in and one to write things like affirmations and things you know are true in, that has really helped me a lot. I also recommend finding hobbies to do with your hands, I crochet a lot and it's very relaxing and therapeutic
