More than one diagnose for my hip. advise: 1-NO to corticoide injections ( there is plenty studies prove they do more damage, remember you will not have pain, so you will continue to harm the area, it will hurt even more after around 8 month to a year - after that you will be in way bigger uphill battle to get healthy again. 2- stretch your PSOAS: you’ll be amazed how much the pain decreases. (If you have the money, buy the device $200 comes with a book filled with good info. ) 3- stop overstretching ( in case you are doing it) 4-when was the last time you were barefoot on the grass or beach or dirt for that matter???? If it’s more than a day, I suggest you go outside get your shoes off for 30 minutes, though be in contact with the earth, not a rubber carpet or plastic chair with feet up, you need the actual contact. ✋

I was in a car wreck a few yrs ago that left me with hip pain. Just recently got a diagnosis of glutiel tendonitis. Doc gave me a cortisone shot in my hip and pain is completely gone. And my pain had been debilitating and daily. And he said that was causing my pain in lower back too

@Honey_Badger I’d be very curious to know how your story continues! I wonder how long the shot will keep the pain at bay?
