Vitamin D is Paramount in maintaining balance. Just a bit everyday, next thing you know the time outside will increase. Do jot forget to take your shoes off and walk barefoot and touch trees, grass, flowers. Stop and listen to external noises focusing on the noise only till you can only focus on one sound.

My therapist has always said "self talk" is one of the most important things. Instead of saying "I'll do it tomorrow", he suggests "one more episode, then I'll get up and do it". I started it because of his suggestion and it does help when I have days where I don't even want to get out of bed.

@doglover2899 I also make sure to do yoga or exercise for at least 15-20 4 times a week. It has really helped with my energy level. If you do have energy struggles, try some vitamin D3. It helps boost energy levels.

honestly trying to go outside for at least a minute everyday helps me feel grounded and purposeful. it’s hard to do if you can’t get out of bed but maybe even just opening a window. I hope this helps!
