Trying to find best ways to improve mood during dreary winter months… any success stories? I workout often, get outside as much as I can, have started taking vitamin D supplements, and have a happy lamp (which I don’t think does too much). Recently have started oxytocin nasal spray… tbd on results there. In general, I try to stay away from supplements unless really necessary
