being outside in the sun always lifts my mood :)
Therapy and staying psychically healthy obviously, and if you’re thinking medically there’s treatments for example TMS, a lot of non-medication drugs depending on your area (weed, psychedelics, all given by doctors), etc.
Yoga is amazing for me! It’s exercise and meditation together which is a double dopamine release for me. Also having another thing outside of myself to focus on like a pet or charitable act. (Making baby blankets for nicu babies, cleaning out shelter kennels etc.)
Supplements! Vitamin B12, C, and D made a huge difference for me. I also went on hormone replacements around the same time though...sadistically early menopause! Lol
Good morning you can go holistic and use food, meditation, excerise and rest to help
Good morning. I know for myself meds and therapy are what gets me by. Sorry I know that wasn't a very helpful answer.
