Being sad for no reason is always stemmed from an underlying issue we may just not feel justified to make us sad so we downplay and invalidate ourselves by saying it's for no reason when truly there is always a reason no matter how big or small the cause . I encourage you to be open with yourself and allow yourself to explore that and try to be non judgemental to whatever it is . Your feelings are always valid no matter how hard it may be to understand it . Its perfectly normal for struggles to come and go . Allow yourself to be imperfect and allow yourself to be human . We all deserve some grace from ourselves . Be honest and loving with yourself. You deserve that . Do some simple things like watching TV and or eating a favorite snack or meal or maybe find an activity that you know will get your mind off things for a bit. If you don't know what will try thinking of a few things you would enjoy and try them out . Give yourself a timed amount of time to brew in your thoughts and then try turning your attention to some positive affirmations that you may like . Take care of yourself. A shower or bath can be calming or even a nap . Do whatever you feel is best for you and go with it . Don't push yourself and don't rush yourself . Give yourself the time you need to figure it all out . There is no rush . I hope you are able to find use to any that I've said . Perfect does not exist but effort does . Sometimes effort involves just relaxing and doing what's good for our minds and body's .
