Feeling Down: Need Some Advice

I'm so sorry. I understand. Sometimes there is no reason, which is kinda the worst answer. Try to do little things to help yourself be happier, but mostly, don't add any guilt on top of already feeling sad. You deserve to be happy ❤️

I kinda have to, and I notice as I look around it's on a large scale.... I really think it has something to do with the tilt of the Earth's axis and all the electromagnetic changes taking place both in space, and in outer. There's just been so many changes everywhere, hopefully things will settle soon. This too shall pass. 🤗

Me too. I'm also unsure why but it's gotten better. I'm sure it'll get better for you as well.
