Do you have autism along with your bipolar? If so, what do you do to cope with your bipolar and anxiety?
I don't but the Rootd app has been great and a few other guided breathing exercises are great. It's all about grounding yourself while you're in it. Like, recognizing the anxiety as a chemical/neurological event that will pass and calming yourself so you can weather the storm :)
