How do you cope with your anxiety

      Attempt to solve the issue causing anxiety if possible. Distracting myself with other things (TV, movies, dog training, going outdoors). Sometimes it only resolves with meds though, and that's okay if it's what it takes.

      I’ve had to start taking a probiotic, a liquid multi and Cbd tincture. I’m also about to start taking this supplement that’s supposed to be like superfood for seratonin in the brain which has really good reviews. As far as what I do mentally - I’m a very irrational thinking person and my brain gets in doom mode so I have to tell myself I’m being irrational and start thinking rational thoughts. Sounds like it wouldn’t work but it does help, it also helps to talk to people about your problems which is why I love this app
