If you're able to see a therapist, I highly recommend it. That's what really helped me, personally. If not, there are some therapist resources you can find online that might help.
Therapy (I’m a therapist so I 100% agree with Isle)! If you’re not quite ready for that try learning some stress/anxiety management tools on your own. Some good resources: helpguide.org (search: relaxation techniques, stress management) or try apps like Calm, Mindshift.
I've been in therapy on and off and I'm struggling to reach out to find a new one and thought untill then see what I can do by myself. Thank you for your message.
of course! See how you do with implementing some self help techniques. I am a huge fan of helpguide.org. There is so much valuable information & audio guidance on how to practice different relaxation techniques to manage anxiety. The more you practice them, the more helpful they are. If you are still struggling, there are so many resources out there for telehealth therapy which can make it easier to connect with a provider (depending on where you live). Good luck & let me know if you need any other resources
