Other than meds , are there other treatments that might help me?

I’ve found that daily exercise & movement makes a world of a difference. I’m a fan of yoga, but stretches & calm walks are great. My anxiety is worsened by caffeine so I only drink decaf coffee now (and limit it). I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated. I cut back on doomscrolling and limit my time on social media. Soothing baths & showers are a godsend. Also, maybe get some lab work done and see if your vitamin levels are good? Sometimes a deficiency can make anxiety worse (like Vitamins D or B12). Wishing you well 💕

Oh jaxx, Numbers never lie. Therapy is the number one aide in finding peace :) If you have never tried initiating the seek of mental health, your best resources are: 1. Asking your place of employment about what health benefits are available to you for working there, as all viable sources of income offer benefits to their coworkers and employees. 2. If you are self employed, look into your city of residence, and go to the nearest prompt care center, where they can answer all your questions, or at least point you in the right direction. Happy Calculating! <3
