      There's plenty of things, meditation, doing things you enjoy, talking with people you trust, when you really feel anxious it's okay to temporarily isolate until you feel calm, just breathe and ask yourself why you're currently feeling this way

      Speaking with a therapist was by far the most helpful for me. He provided me with a lot of tools and coping mechanisms to manage my anxiety

      For me it's usually figuring out what has me anxious and working threw it. And when that doesn't work I would give my mind something to distract myself. Working out was a good way for me
