Severe Headache for 3 Weeks - Need Advice

I have been having a severe headache consistently for almost 3 weeks now. Pain in temples and also my neck mainly. I have no other symptoms except my head feels heavy and my eyes feel hard to keep open (not sure if that’s sinus pressure or sensitivity to light I can’t tell). I have Long Covid, chronic sinusitis and possibly migraine syndrome but this feels totally different and my headaches never hurt so bad for this long! Idk what to do

Constant Bad Breath and Drainage After Hysterectomy

Prior to 2016 I suffered with and diagnosed with chronic sinusitis with sinus migraines and infectious. When I would get my cycle it made symptoms worse. In 2016 i had a hysterectomy now I no longer have the migraines and light sinus infections however my symptoms have worsened to constant bad breath and drainage and the feeling that something is always stuck in my throat and ear throbbing only on the right side. I’ve had my tonsils removed in 2018 thinking that may help…but nothing :( I’ve been to several ENT’s, a rheumatologist and dentist and nothing has worked. I can deal with most of my symptoms but the bad breath is causing anxiety and depression. Does anyone else suffer with similar symptoms? If so what helps you?

I just found out that I have Chronic Sinusitis. My ENT and I tried antibiotics for a month. Nothing worked. He said the next step is Sinus Surgery. Has anyone had this surgery? What was your experience?
